The Technical University of Cartagena held tomorrow Friday in the Student House Student Day with a panel discussion involving new owner of the UPCT to discuss their experience to reach senior positions in major companies or public office relevant .
The event is organized by the Equality Commission UPCT and start at six o'clock.

Other speakers include other women in positions of responsibility in companies and institutions such as Ana Montesinos (Ministry of Agriculture and Water of the Autonomous Community of Murcia), Noelia Ortega (Centro Naval Technology and the Sea), Maria Antonia Garcia (Navantia), María Teresa Paredes (Training Centre), Esther Guardiola (Land Infrastructure SA) and Carmen González-Mohino (Alfonso XIII Hotel complex and Carlos III).
The panel will be chaired by the Vice President for Student and University Extension Francisco Martinez and will be moderated by journalist Regional Wave Diego Muñoz.
To round off the day, the Vice Chancellor for Student and University Extension, Francisco Martinez, director of the Institute of Women of the Region of Murcia, Maria Teresa Moreno, will present the awards competition for the design of the brochure information aimed at increasing the number of women enrolled in the new degrees offered by the university.
Also, within the activities organized by the Equality Commission on Thursday UPCT was held the seminar "Without reconciliation there is no equality" that has relied on the testimony of several professionals who have contributed their vision and proposals to advance personal life balance, family and work and equality between men and women in all walks of life.
In addition to addressing a review of the concept of reconciliation as a term not only applies to women, have also studied its effects on firm performance and the legislative framework that viewed from the perspective of the Labor Law.
