Cartagena again throw the rest of the region its sporty image and tourism with the celebration on Saturday for the third consecutive year of the Regional Final Youth Sports School in the ways deBaloncesto, Handball, Futsal and Volleyball.

A total of 250 schools in the municipalities of Beniel, Calasparra, White Abarán, Alguazas, Lorquí, Jumilla, Cieza, Sewer, Santomera Cehegín, Pliego, Lorca and Cartagena gathered in the halls of Guimbarda Ussell Head Beaza and Urban, in an event that was organized by the Department of Sports City of Cartagena and had the cooperation of the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community of Murcia and UPCT.

The Regional Final results were:

Women's Basketball: 1 .- IES Valle de Segura (White) and 2 .- IES Villa de Abarán (ABARE).

Men's Basketball: 1 .- Gil Junterón IES (Beniel) and 2 .- IES Emilio Pérez Piñero (Calasparra).

Women's Handball: 1 .- IES Infanta Elena (Jumilla) and 2 .- Romano IES García (Lorquí).

Men's handball: 1 .- IES Villa de Abarán (ABARE) and 2 .- IES Villa de Alguazas (Alguazas).

Women's Futsal: 1 .- IES San Isidoro (Cartagena) and 2, IES Julián Andugar Poet (Santomera).

Futsal Men: 1 .- IES Francisco Salzillo (Sewell) and 2, IES The Albares (Cieza).

Women's Volleyball: 1 .- IES Federico Ballart (Bid) and 2 .- IES Ramón Arcas Meca (Lorca).

Men's Volleyball: 1 .- Poet IES Julián Andugar (Santomera) and 2 .- IES Vega de Argos (Cehegín).

Councilman Sports City of Cartagena, Alonso Gómez López, shared much of the morning with different teams.

At the end of the meal was held the trophy, medals, diplomas and gifts to the participants, chaired by the Head of Sports of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Eduardo Segarra, and in the afternoon and athletes with their coaches and delegates visited the Roman Theatre Museum, the Castillo de la Concepcion and Arch.
