Six writers, two awards and 3,000 readers, are some figures that have been handled in the V edition Mandarache Project, whose winners will be unveiled tomorrow, Wednesday April 21 at 11:00 pm in the Reception Room Palace Hall.
The twenty-five young readers who have participated as Jury Prize and the Prize Mandarache Hache, will be responsible for transmitting to the press the results of voting.
The jury consists Mandarache 2010 almost two thousand young people between 15 and 30 years and Hache Award (the juvenile form) for over a thousand adolescents between 12 and 14.
Since September 2009 these thousands of readers (high school students, college students, youth associations and registered for free) have read and discussed novels that provided them free the city of Cartagena and were able to meet the three authors finalists for each award talk to them, ask questions and share your impressions before the time came to vote.
The voting, which is made through the official website of www.premiomandarache.es project took place between 12 and 15 April.
Category awards have a prize of 3,000 euros respectively and a sculpture by Angel Haro, and will be delivered by the Mayor of Cartagena to the winning writers on Friday May 14 at Teatro Circo Cartagena elNuevo in a ceremony led by Soriano and Luisma Nieves Pérez Abad.
During the awards ceremony will be unveiled the finalists for the next edition.
