On the spot is the title of the workshop, targeting students, artists and general public interested in the practice of performance, and that is part of the Open for Action and to guide the reflection and action on proposed as performance art tool for the production of signs and the transformation of cultural construction codes today, and look for creative ways through the Festival offers a clear platform of promoting this art form that so much interest in contemporary society, focusing on the true character and philosophy of performance art.
Drills for body awareness in space and time that will support and structure to the practice of performance art to find creative stimuli identifying our responses.
The workshop is taught on days 12, 13 and 14 May from 17.30 to 20.30, Domix Garrido, Bachelor of Arts, Specialist in Contemporary Art, in collaboration with Yosem, Bachelor of Fine Arts, and Specialist Arts Performer Therapy.
As closure of the creative process will be a performance on May 15 from 12:30 to 14:00, in the spring of Alfonso XII, using public space as field of experimentation and work.
The last session is organized by a meeting on 22 May with Nieves Correa, a multidisciplinary artist of wide international scope, which will participate in a colloquy with projections of their actions.
Afternoon (after 20.00 pm) that day will be held the International Exhibition of Performance & Live Art, curated by Domix Garrido.
