On Monday April 5, the Agency of Local Development and Employment launched the course in the care of dependent elderly, course for unemployed people and for a period of three months.
The training is offered Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 13:30 and end on 5 July.
The 10 students selected will receive a specific theoretical training in the area of geriatric care 150 hours.
After the theoretical part, students will receive additional training and practical training for one month in work related to care for dependent older.
This training, aimed at unemployed people aims to improve their employability.
During the period of employment practices in the workplace, students receive a scholarship of EUR 10 per day of attendance.
The deadline for applications closed on 25 March and after receiving over 100 applications and make the selection process, 10 people are unemployed for three months will receive theoretical and practical training.
