The Plaza of Spain re-opened to traffic permanently from Saturday morning, as reported by the Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, who has stated that for being late are conducting the tests necessary traffic lights, after completing completely horizontal paving and signage throughout the area affected by ring construction of underground parking.
As pointed out by the council, this will satisfy the provisions of the municipal government to take this important operational roundabout traffic distribution between Alameda, Paseo de Alfonso XIII and Calle Real, before Easter.
