The Department of Celebrations of the City has opened the deadline for requesting participation in the Fiesta de las Cruces de Mayo.
This period is open until April 14 for associations, groups and organizations wishing to organize such celebrations, the dates of celebration will be on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May.
Those interested should report to the council the application and proposed location and contents and times scheduled by filing a request in the General Register of the City Council will also specified that the collective data organizer.

La fiesta de las Cruces de Mayo is celebrated in many Spanish cities and regions around 3 May.
Its origin is religious, and it commemorates the day when the tradition was found Christ's cross by St. Helena, mother of Roman Emperor Constantine the Great.
But along with this religious background, it remains popular in dance and other cultural activities around the different streets and squares where you installed crosses adorned with flowers and other motifs.
In Cartagena heavily involved in this celebration of Holy Week brotherhoods, with other entities such as troops and legions of Cathagineses and Romans, neighborhood associations, cultural and women.
