The central courtyard of the new Administration Building San Miguel hosts an exhibition program of recovery and rehabilitation of facades in the Historic City Center, which over the past 13 years has carried out the region and the City Council Cartagena, through Old Town society.
The exhibition, which will be open on weekdays from 9 to 14 hours, was inaugurated this afternoon by the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, and the Town Planning, Joaquín Segado.
Through various display panels lists the most important actions taken by the three agreements signed with the Autonomous Community, and through which they have invested 6.1 million euros.
Among them are the facades of the Casino and the House Tárraga.
As he explained the mayor, a total of 92 facades have been restored, whose recovery has been punctuated with the major and most emblematic streets of the Old Town.
Barreiro has also highlighted the cooperation of the owners of these houses, which have covered 25 percent of the work, running with 75 percent left the region and assuming the City management and technical direction of projects.
