The City of Cartagena and the Community of Murcia Autónomade have prompted the creation of unplan to facilitate the rehabilitation of homes in the neighborhood of Santa Lucia, an initiative which aims to help homeowners in repairing their houses and get thus the urban regeneration of the district.
To date, the plan was for the neighbors and then the construction work, were paid the subsidy.
This, in times of crisis like these, meant an investment that most owners could not bear, hence the local and regional governments have made efforts to introduce an amendment to the Plan.
The novelty is that the aid increase, in many cases consubvenciones cover 95 percent of the cost of acting, and will modify the form of management, so will the City Council to carry out the work and the owners will pay the small their share.
To report all this, the general director of Planning and Housing of the Autonomous Community, Antonio Javier Navarro, on Monday gave a talk to the residents of Santa Lucia in local social, accompanied by Planning elconcejal Joaquin Segado, giving detailed information the Grants Scheme aimed at those houses in the neighborhood that are included in the Area of Integrated Rehabilitation.
This area abarcaunas 500 homes and 106 performances are already planned.
The Housing Plan is funded by the State and the Autonomous Community and the management is carried out by the City through the Old Society.
