Local Development Agency and Employment is preparing a new edition of the free basic computer courses and a half for the unemployed and employed workers, given the success of the three editions that have been carried out in 2010 and which have been presented, since the term opened on 15 January, more than 150 applications in less than two weeks.
To date, 42 users have benefited from this training in information technology. Throughout this year will be held 14 courses on basic computing and a half, with the aim of these courses, providing participants, unemployed workers active knowledge of the Windows XP operating system, programs that integrate the office suite and the various components of a PC, at a basic level and a half.
Each course lasts 24 hours, is made in time from 17:00 to 20:00, Monday to Thursday, in the very premises of the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena, the Charity Street # 1.
For the start of the next edition, the deadline for registration will reopen once the Holy Week, providing an opportunity to the many people who are demanding training.
