Project's technical work of the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena are holding several meetings with experts from Lorca (Lorca Proempleo draft III), Murcia (Project Labor Solidarity) and Molina de Segura (draft Common areas for integration and employment) , in order to form a network of projects in the Region of Murcia received aid from the European Social Fund 2007-2013 Adaptability and employment program.
To date have already held two meetings, Molina and Murcia, this workshop whose aim is to share working methods for the optimization of resources and actions aimed at unemployed users involved in these projects, the purpose of creating jobs through personalized guidance, training and non-professional labor practice in different sectors.
In this sense, the training activities are taking place in Cartagena are:
Celador health
Warehouse Management
Access controller
Trade assistant
Geriatric care for dependent adults
Dining service for children and seniors
Monitor lifeguards and nautical sports
As the findings are as follows:
1 The significant increase of applicants to be trained through these training activities.
2 The creation of jobs through the employment of students in the project, although at a lower rate of previous years is between 20% and 30% depending on the courses.
3 The importance of extending these short-term projects in these times of crisis until 2013, and now all complete their first call at the end of 2010.
