The XVII Local Youth Football League is organized by the Department of Sports City of Cartagena and Cartagena Club Sport for All, sponsored by Relay Group Galvame and Cajamurcia COLEF and collaboration in the Region of Murcia, Department of Sports the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Club Association of the District of Cartagena (AFCT) FC Cartagena, the Technical Committee of Referees of Cartagena and Medical Center Our Lady of Charity.
