The regional deputy Rosique Teresa reported that the 300,000 euros that the Minister of Culture, Pedro Alberto Cruz, has lost the amphitheater must be added the money he has taken from regional budgets.
Rosillo stated that the Community Accounts for 2008 was 1 million euros expected not spent, in 2009, played down that amount 425,000 euros and for 2010 has not budgeted anything.

Rosique think the counselor should explain why it has stopped losing so much money, although it was already foreseen in the State budget and regional budgets for 2009.
"The counselor should explain to the Assembly why the Ministry did not respond when in April 2009, was informed that provided 320,000 euros to the Roman Amphitheater."
He recalled that the Ministry then requested the Ministry of Culture to indicate what action is considered viable to run the available investment.
The lack of response from the regional government caused it to lose those funds.
