The Course of National Defence has chosen destination Cartagenacomo it is a city that is linked to the armed forces and civil society.

The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, met today at the Palace Hall to director of Center for Advanced Defense Studies (CESEDEN), Rafael Sánchez-Barriga, accompanied by course participants.
Rafael Sánchez-Barriga explained that this first visit to Cartagena want to achieve coexistence and mutual understanding among participants and, secondly, Cartagena know in the military and civilian.
