Cartagena UPyD denounces the lack of transparency in the awarding of the new Plan E, which suggests that we again have an example of cronyism, both in the award of the drafting of technical projects, such as Most executions.
UPyD recalled that the former Councilman, Enrique Pérez Abellán, had to leave his post by a previous allotment Plan E, in which there was a clear case of influence peddling to the son, and left into question the effectiveness functions of the Deputy Mayor, Agustín Guillén.
UPyD considered likely to see new and previous episodes is not transparency a key feature of this call.
