This afternoon the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has made a series of visits with the residents of Los Belones and La Palma.
The purpose of these visits was to see the result of work carried out and have contact with the residents of each of these areas in the municipality.
There are four projects that were completed in the first quarter, in the absence of a few small steps, as established.
First, the mayor has visited the Ethnographic Museum in La Palma.
Pilar Barreiro explained that this is an old aspiration of the entire association of lace makers, who have also achieved a gathering of lace makers make one of the busiest in Spain.
Barreiro has indicated that this building is destined to social and cultural facilities with permanent exhibitions of work roll.
The total constructed area of the museum is about 545 square meters for 185 to 360 for the basement and ground floor.
The land on which the building is built is located on the street Alberto Colao, 19 of La Palma.
This is a plot with a total area of 1818.94 meters square in which there is a municipal Building designed to square 647metros Civic Center.
These works have had a budget, under Plan E of 380,576.99 euros.

This is a separate building, rectangular in shape, and adapted to open block management in a floor above ground and a basement.
It is designed as a safe container and cover not only differentiated intended uses, and will be a building developed and adapted for people with reduced mobility.
In addition to the Museum and local social Bolillo, will have toilets and a store.
POLIDEPORTVO FLAG IN THE PALM
On the other hand, in the same county council have visited the facilities of the sports center of La Palma.
This installation is now complete in the absence of certification of the work.
The new sports facilities, located in the Public School Santa Florentina de La Palma, will occupy a built area of 2,000 square meters, becoming the most modern and complete the pavilion built so far in districts and councils.
This sports complex has a grandstand seating with 222 seats, four dressing rooms under the stands, two of them intended for players and two for monitors and referees.
The building also has a warehouse and a gym annex.

The amount of this work has involved an investment of 1,200,000.
OFFICE OF THE SKIP IN THE PALM
Next, the Mayor has visited the site of the New Headquarters OMIT and the neighborhood council offices in La Palma.
This bridge building is completed in the absence of electricity and has committed an area of 180 square meters.
This restaurant with two floors, is fully adapted for people with disabilities, so also has an elevator to access the second floor, where you will have access to the boardroom.
The budget you have had to build this building has been in the plan and, of 199,927 euros.
THE LOCAL SOCIAL BELONES
Finally, Pilar Barreiro has visited the Local Social de Los Belones.
The new clubhouse is of 673 square meters, 569 of them are useful.
The work, which is complete in the absence of a few small steps has been to rehabilitate the building called Casa del doctor where everything has become new.
It has also been linked to another room that had to enlarge the space.
The social work of the new location has meant investment of 420,000 euros, under Plan E.
