Carpentry Occupational Workshops and Facilities, the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena taught in the Training Centre Quarry, on Tuesday came to an end and the 16 students who participated in them have today received the diplomas attesting training, in a closing ceremony chaired by the Councillor for Employment, Ruth Collins, who has developed in the Ceremonial Hall of the Town Hall.
The carpentry workshop is primarily focused manufacturing systems and assembly of furniture, and workshop facilities distributed their content to plumbing and electrical skills.
These courses have a duration of three months, growing from Monday to Friday from 16.00 to 20.00 hours.
In addition, the sixteen participating students have received a grant of 10 euros per day of assistance are available to them free transportation to the Agency of Local Development and Employment offered from Cartagena to quarries.
