On the occasion of the feast day of St. Thomas Aquinas High Institutes of Cartagena have developed a series of actions framed within the Intercultural Education Programme, 'A School Open to Other Cultures', which subsidize lasConcejalías of Education and Social Care the City of Cartagena.
