In the last three years have opened their doors in Cartagena, with support from City Hall, 61 companies led by women, as the mayor explained, Pilar Barreiro, Archena during the inauguration of the regional training sessions entrepreneurs .
Barreiro has reported that, during this period, employment guidance services of the Department of Women have served nearly 2,000 women and municipal technicians have worked with them helping to form, mediating with employers and fostering entrepreneurship and creating companies.
The mayor also pointed out that in the last year and in crisis, the number of businesses opened by women in Cartagena municipal aid was 25, a number that must seem small when you consider that during this year 184 companies have been destroying each day in Spain.
The conference sponsored by the association of entrepreneurs Amesal and the Institute of Women of the Region of Murcia are trying on 'coaching' business, a training strategy for individuals and groups to achieve employment goals.
The opening ceremony was attended Incarnation Espinosa, president of Amesal and Teresa Moreno, director of the Institute for Women.
