Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD) of the Region of Murcia believes that the Minister of Health, M ª Ángeles Palacios, should provide the necessary clarification on the construction of an indoor pool and other work annexed, their property, land held for use agriculture.
The building is on the council of the Cartagena Albujón in an area that the city of Cartagena has declared in the General Urban Plan as agricultural land.
This circumstance would prevent, in principle, be any development work, so could not have been granted municipal license for the implementation of works.
Otherwise, UPyD believes that the City of Cartagena should clarify the reasons justifying the granting of the license.
UPyD believes that citizens can not see that while they are applied in a logical and strict compliance with the laws, they suffer a relaxation when they are applied to public managers, the latter being the first required in the performance of regulations and ordinances.
