The Bicycle City Clerk, the web service of the City of Cartagena offers citizens to help secure their bikes, recorded during the first week of the year 129 new users, performance that is largely the result of the information campaign has been done in the commercial zones 3 and 5 January.

The use given to the bike, mostly, dedicated to entertainment with a 42.6%, followed by a 27.90% sport as a means of transporting a 24.80%, and less percentage for work 3 , 8% and others 0.77%.
As an important finding, it should be noted that since the service began Bicycle City Clerk, with which it wants to encourage the use of such transportation in the city, there have been 12 thefts of bicycles, of which 7 were recovered, demonstrating the effectiveness of the service.
