The Festival of Young Talents Much More May, organized by the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena, has opened within a public call for submission of projects for its 2010 edition until 19 February.
This open call is at the heart of the festival which is derived the selection of projects that will shape the official program, to be held in Cartagena between 4 and 24 May this year.
At this conference, whose bases can be found on the festival's official website (www.muchomasmayo.com) may submit individual and collective projects dejóvenes between 16 and 35, without limitation Geographic origin.
Projects may develop in any record and considered as creative artistic interventions in urban settings in both spaces of the city of Cartagena as guest spaces in each issue area, which in 2010 will be the Barrio de La Concepción, in accordance with determinations established in the very foundations.
In the last year, a total of 161 projects, of which 43 were selected.
The selection is carried out by a committee composed of prestigious professionals, to ensure the independence and quality of work chosen.
Mucho Mas Mayo Festival reaches its V edition in 2010, having succeeded in becoming one of the references to regional and even national arts festival that use public space and the creativity of young artists.
