The City, through the Department of Infrastructure, today launched the work of delimitation of the scope of Windlass Hill, future archaeological park, with the placement of a fence panel transparent colored in shades of green, which will protect the area while allowing the view of the hill.
This fence, consisting of sheets of plastic about 10 inches wide and 4 inches thick, is placed along the Balcones Street Blues and reaches the new Health Centre in the Old Town, which makes it the culmination of a new pedestrian access to the winch.
Fencing work will last about a week and come to complete the project to adapt the environment of the winch, one of the flagship projects of Plan E, which includes pedestrian accesses, the covering of the archaeological remains and the coronation of the hill a gazebo and green area.
