Councillor for Culture, Rosario Montero, and the president of the Astronomical Association of Cartagena, José Bonet, discover on Wednesday 30 December, a plaque in honor of the famous sailor and astronomer Jorge Juan, on the occasion of the celebration in 2009 that it's just International Year of Astronomy.

The event will take place at 12.00 on Jorge Juan, facing the Conservatorio de Música de Cartagena.
