Councillor for Employment, Ruth Collins, chair on Wednesday 30 December, the closing ceremony and presented diplomas to 24 students of the second edition occupational workshops Local Development Agency and Employment has launched the Virgin Slum Charity, an event that will take place at 11.00 hours at the Ceremonial Hall of the Town Hall.
With these actions, we fulfill the commitment of the governing of the City of Cartagena to perform actions in such areas in training and employment.
Throughout this edition played occupational workshops Masonry, Painting and Gardening, from October to December.
During the development of the program, eight students participating in each of the three workshops are specifically trained in the various specialties and also additional training in computers and prevention of occupational hazards.
For assistance program participants receive daily scholarship assistance, amounting to 10 euros.
