The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has given the usual Christmas Bando which reminds laprohibición local holding unauthorized parties, are suspended for driving autorizacionesespeciales pedestrian streets of the town and cuts down callesnecesarios for holding the Popular Carrera de San Silvestre and the Three Kings.

So the mayor on their side reiterates that it prohibited the holding of dances, parties, celebrations and other shows in places lacking specific authorization.

This prohibition extends to those places that, even having a municipal license for activity, it has not been expressly granted to the conclusion of these activities.

On the other side also suspended without special permits exceptions driving on the old town's pedestrian zone.

However, the local police will allow passage to the holders of such permits when conditions permit.

For the respect of road closures for the event:

On 27 December by virtue of the CARRERA POPULAR SAN SILVESTRE, traffic cuts will occur from 10:30 hours on the streets Jacinto Benavente, Queen Victoria, Ribera de San Javier, Avenida de Murcia, Ronda City of Ferrol, and starting at 11.15 hours at Gates of Madrid, Plaza of Spain, Alameda de San Antón, Jorge Juan, Plaza Severo Ochoa, Ronda Union City, Jacinto Benavente, Avenida Reina Victoria, Ribera de San Javier, Avenida de Murcia and Round Ferrol.

On the afternoon of Jan. 5, when the Three Kings will prohibit parking from 15:00 hours on the following streets: Doctor Pérez Espejo, Sparta, Paseo Alfonso XIII (north road), Soap, Tolosa Latour, Doors Madrid and Juan Fernandez.

Circulation also be prohibited from 15:00 hours on the street Mr. Perez Espejo and from 17:00 hours will impede traffic in the streets Sparta, Paseo Alfonso XIII, Juan Fernandez, Salitre, Park, Carlos III (from Bruna Angel Madrid to Door), Ronda, San Juan, Tolosa Latour, Doors of Madrid.

Also be allowed access to the pedestrian road to devise the procession through the streets Carmen, Tolosa Latour, Soap, Puertas de Murcia, Plaza de San Sebastian, Plaza Mayor and City Council.
