The Department of Women of the City of Cartagena has delivered the diplomas to students who have successfully completed courses through the Institute for the Region of Murcia, has been teaching in districts and councils through a mobile classroom.

All courses have been conducted, have hung the 'full poster', and participants have learned basic computer use, management of internet and use email.

The diploma ceremony was held at the Palace Hall and was chaired by Rosario Montero laconcejala ..
