Cartagena today celebrated International Volunteer Day with the Second March of the Hugs has organized the Youth Council and for which he has convened more than 200 young students of secondary schools, accompanied by volunteers and all those who have felt identified with this event.
The march began hugging everyone in Carmen Street near the Plaza of Spain, continuing the journey through the Puerta de Murcia and Main Street to Town Hall Square, which has involved the Councillor for Youth, Ruth Maria Collado, and a representative of Young read a manifesto.
The march ended with participants forming giant uncorazón hands up in gloves and red in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
This is the second consecutive year that this activity takes place, which, like last year, has been a success.
