Classroom Set Area vocational and professional guidance of the Agency of Local Development and Employment is holding a series of actions aimed at developing personal skills, and improving skills and competencies to cope with a greater guarantee of success in the labor market, objective they are getting with the demand arising for developed since the beginning of the course.
Until the middle of December we are giving the last four of the 18 workshops scheduled courses, which are currently taking place since last September and whose answer, once again, has been a success, having recorded more than 600 applications for a total of 420 places available.
The theme of the courses and workshops ranging from prevention of occupational hazards, and psychosocial factors such as stress and job satisfaction, to relaxation techniques, resolving conflicts or exceed job interviews and exams.
Classroom Set is open to anyone interested, regardless of employment status.
In addition, some of the workshops provide free credits to students of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena that the courses.
The following schedule of Classroom Sets are made early next year and will continue to meet the needs of those concerned, for it greatly increased the range of courses and workshops.
OPEA, A PROGRAM FOR SELF-EMPLOYMENT
Opean Program Within the ADLE being developed during the months of November and December, group sessions of three hours led to job seekers, so that attendees know of a more direct form of self-employment characteristics.
This is intended to convey the interest in entrepreneurship, provide the necessary information about the qualities of the entrepreneur, to eliminate negative stereotypes and prejudices about the self-employed and report the basic contents of a business project.
The sessions have allowed young entrepreneurs to raise their ideas and then request individual tutoring where, with the help of professionals, develop a business plan as an essential tool for starting and developing a business.
