From Friday 11 December until 7 January, will be open in the Commercial Park Mandarache exposure I cribs finalists in the competition for schools organized by the Mandarache Mall in collaboration with the Department of Education City of Cartagena.
The competition reaches its final phase with the public presentation of all papers presented: 13 nativity scenes, from eight schools in kindergarten and primary education, both public and concluded, in addition to two centers of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Learning Center and Point of Care for Children, unifying the work of everyone in a group class and one crib per center.
With this initiative the mall wanted to encourage both residents of the city of Cartagena and its deputies are aware of the Park, not only as a place to make purchases, but also as a place of union between Cartagena and culture.
All participating institutions submitted their application from 15 to 30 October, and during these days are turning in their cribs, they will be exposed in a local shopping center created especially.
The panel of judges, chaired by the Councillor for Education, Josefa Maroto, visit during the third week of December the exhibition to evaluate the work done.
This jury is made also by the manager of the Mall Mandarache, Maria del Mar Mayor, and the representative of the center, Antonio Quesada, as well as the head of the Press Office, Communications and Protocol of the City, the director of the People's University a municipal.
Of all the works will be selected three finalists, and on December 21, will be the jury's verdict and award in a gala ceremony to be held in the Commercial Park Mandarache, at 11.00 hours, which attended by groups of students and their teachers from all participating centers.
The prizes for the three finalists in this competition, donated by the Commercial and Leisure Park Mandarache, as stated in the Rules of Participation are:
1 st prize: 42 "plasma TV.''
2 nd prize: projection equipment (barrel and screen).
3 rd prize: a video camera.
The Business Park will also provide transportation to attend the gala to those schools selected for the finals, which are located in various councils of Cartagena.
