Puig school students Campillo de Isla Plana last week staged the fifth activity of ADE (Close to Elite Sport), made a visit to the Circuito de Cartagena.
The visit started with a didactic talk in which the circuit director, Juan Jose Rios, said circuit performance and security to be taken when driving a motorcycle or a car.
Later, he showed the students a racing bike and explained what are the safeguards to be used to conduct it and the monkey, helmet and boots.
After the educational talk, the students watched a video in which a child could appreciate how the school can combine motorcycling and the importance of school education when run with the bikes.
Once the students saw the document witnessed audiovisual training of children in the Valencia circuit speed that they were shooting a prototype car.
They also observed the training of a team driver Draco, who had a simulation called World Series Formula 1 3.5.
Once the students enjoyed the training, visited the various facilities of the control tower and the entire circuit from the top of the tower.
Students also fell to the track and were on the grid where they competed among themselves, making a career.
To end the activity, there was the customary exchange of gifts by the Department of Sports, school and Campillo Puig Racing Circuit with the delivery to each child a bag with several gifts.
The ADE is organized by the Sports Council of Cartagena and has the support of the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, the Association of Graduates in Physical Education and Sport in the Region of Murcia and Sport for All Club Cartagena.
