The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, director of the festival and La Mar de Músicas, Francisco Martin, are meeting in Cartagena de Indias with the mayor of the city, Judith Pinedo, the first of the scheduled contact visit in preparation next edition of the festival, which has aColombia as guest country.

The interview will continue on Wednesday in Bogota, where representatives of the Festival will meet with Vice-Minister of Culture of the Colombian Government and the Director of Cultural Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to work in the forms of support from their institutions to the next edition of La Mar de Músicas.

The mayor will also meet with Minister of Culture Bogotá, and the director of the Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra, which is responsible for the areas of music, dance, theater and festivals in the city council.
