The brigade of Parks and Gardens of the Department of Infrastructure of the City of Cartagena has joined its staff to 22 unemployed registered with the Employment Service and Training, under an agreement with the service, which made trabajosdurante six months throughout the city and neighborhoods.
These workers are technicians, plumbers, masons, painters and gardeners, who began their work in the municipal brigades, particularly in regard to cleaning up gardens and furniture arrangement.
This initiative is not new, but the result of a series of agreements that the City is celebrating with the SEF for seventeen years, with the intention to continue in the future, for jobs and training for the unemployed in order that their knowledge is and can be recycled back into the labor market.
