The Youth Council of the City of Cartagena has signed this morning, 30 November a cooperation agreement with the Foundation of Cartagena for the Teaching of Spanish Language and Culture, by the Councillor for Youth, and Ruth Mary Collado the Councillor for Culture and president of the Foundation, Rosario Montero.
The objective of this Convention is the establishment of a collaboration between the Foundation and the council for the teaching of Spanish language and dissemination of the Spanish language and culture and the dissemination of activities related to linguistic and cultural exchanges can be of interest to the inhabitants of the municipality of Cartagena.
The Youth Council has among its main objectives to consolidate programs to promote linguistic and cultural exchange of young people born and foreign, developing programs such as the European Voluntary Service (EVS), framed in Action 2 of the European Youth in Action Bag and Languages, which promotes the linguistic and cultural exchange with the implementation of varied recreational and cultural activities in various languages.
In addition, the Cartagena Foundation for Teaching Language and Culture courses taught Spanish Spanish European volunteers elected by the Youth Council for Voluntary Service European Youth in Action program, who are doing their volunteerism in the city Cartagena.
