The classroom drama youth group of the Municipal School of Theatre Cartagena Francisco Rabal, invites all who wish to attend the screening of the musical Jesus Christ Superstar, in the version filmed at Pinewood Studios, starring Glenn Carter and Rik Mayall.
With this projection, aims to have an overview of the work, for final course work next year it plans to youth group this landmark work of music.
This adaptation made for video of Jesus Christ Superstar was performed in 2000, following the reviews of Cats and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the other 2 works of Andrew Lloyd Webber edited on video.
The play was filmed entirely indoors, and so is set in a kind of warehouse where it develops the whole story.
The screening will take place on Thursday 3 December at 17.00 pm in the auditorium of the school, located in Lope de Rueda corner Tirso de Molina, with free entry.
