Students of Colegio San Antonio Abad have participated in the fourth activity of ADE (Close to Elite Sports) where they have been in contact with the type of Volleyball at the Municipal Sports Pavilion by contacting the Talasur Volleyball Club.
The activity started with a visit to the weight room where players were doing Tala South bodybuilding exercises tailored to their sport.
The coach and team player Pau Llach explained to students the foundation that has the training of volleyball.
Subsequently, students have visited the flag and were able to observe the different uses that are given to sports areas.
The school also enjoyed a spinning class taught by his teacher.
Then, the coach of Volleyball Talasur presented to other players and the school, ski to door, have been enjoying a spectacular training from the team's players.
At the end of the session, school children have made San Antonio Abad issues to members of the team about this sport.
The activity concluded with the participation of students in a practical class in which they participated with professional players and have learned many of the technical characteristics of volleyball.
After the children will enjoy a brilliant day we proceeded to exchange gifts from the Colegio San Antonio Abad, the Department of Sports and Club TalaSur who gave the school a team jersey signed by players.
The ADE is organized by the Sports Council of Cartagena and has the support of the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, the Association of Graduates in Physical Education and Sport in the Region of Murcia and Sport for All Club Cartagena.
