If you already last year the festival had a considerable increase in age, this edition is taking an even bigger hit, thanks no doubt to the high quality of the program.

It sold out in four of the five nights of the festival.

But this seems to be the standard pattern of the 29 edition of the Cartagena Jazz Festival, as for Miguel Poveda and Ryuichi Sakamoto has run the paper.

On sale tickets for the last two days of the festival, Rickie Lee Jones and Imelda May on Friday 20 November and The Blind Boys of Alabama and Nicola Conte on Saturday 21.
