63 paper presented this morning, November 13 at the official contest for the election of the cartel to represent the city during Carnival 2010.

The event was held at the Casino de Cartagena, with a jury that has been formed by the Councillor of Celebration, Florentina Vargas, President of Casino, Joaquin Ortega, and the president of the Federation of Carnival, Carmen Sanchez.

The winning poster, which bears the motto, 'History Carnival', the participant has been concecido Antonio Leon Martin, from Torre Pacheco.

Soon, it realizazá an appearance before the media to present the poster to represent this festival next February.
