The development project of the Extension of Angel Bruna and Antonio Street Lauret, that the City has awarded Urdemasa construction company, has launched this week, resulting in fencing of the area and cut the traffic to start the works , within four months, will change the environment to suit the other avenues that converge in the rotunda of Severo Ochoa.
The contract for this work amounts to 321,000 euros and will respond to the demands of the residents of the area, with the improvement in traffic and possible reorganization of the crosswalk safely.
The result of the works on this stretch of 150 meters, which begin today and is expected to be completed before Easter, will be an avenue of four lanes, two in each direction, separated by a median, and parking on both sides, sidewalks , lighting and trees.
In addition, at the junction with Calle Antonio Lauret, will construct a traffic roundabout sort at this junction, and also cited urbanized street where there will be two lanes.
The project also includes a sewerage network and a storm, and the installation of traffic lights next generation, with manual switches.
