Today begins the Spirit would Outreach courses Emprendor organized by ALDE, the Chair Bancaja Young Entrepreneurs-UPCT and Development Institute.
This program aims to develop and enhance participants lso skills such as creativity, risk taking, leadership, motivation, communication, negotiation and decision making, teamwork and planning, thus encouraging the development of the distinctive features of the spirit entrepreneur.
After an introduction to the theoretical, the courses are predominantly practical and participative, through group dynamics.
In addition, those college students who attend this conference, will get a free-elective credit.
During the current quarter will be given two levels.
The first, entitled, "Taking challenges, Communication and Teamwork" (Fifth Edition), will split into two groups of 30 people, with the following schedule:
Group A: 11 and November 18 (Wednesday)
Group B: 12 and November 19 (Thursday)
The second level, 'powers of observation, Taking Risks: Change and Resistance to Change, Mobility and Motivation' (First Edition), will have a unique group of 30 people, and will be on Thursday 26 November and 3 December.
The courses are developed in the classroom 25 of the Sciences Faculty of Business (CIM building)
