Majorcan singer Concha Buika presented on Saturday November 7 homage to Chavela Vargas, 'The last drop', who has recorded with Chucho Valdes, in the second session of the double bill of Cartagena Jazz Festival, which starts at 21.30 hours in the Nuevo Teatro Circo.
