The general director of the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), Ginés Martinez adjourned the employment workshop 'Torre Nazareth' Haven Foundation Store San Pedro, in Cartagena, in which 19 students were trained in the fields of maintenance facilities and landscaping.
For this, the SEF provided a grant of 388,352 euros.
Martinez expressed his satisfaction with the performance of this employment workshop aimed at unemployed older than 25 years,''since it has become a valuable tool to incorporate the labor market to those groups with integration difficulties and is a great combination of training and employment.''
The students did the landscaping of the area around the Tower Nazareth Home for use as a recreational place for the sick residents at the facility.
The students carried out tasks of masonry, plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry, as well as specific work of gardening.
