The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena, in collaboration with the Regional Employment Services, has organized a total of 8 courses for the unemployed.
The objective of this action is to offer training for jobs closely related to current job demands are aimed at the unemployed, and especially those who are in long-term unemployed, young people entering the market first adults working and after a long period of activity, were left unemployed.
The courses conducted are: Cook (1045 hours),, bar restaurant waiter (820 hours), a hotel receptionist (460), shop (250), Camarero (200), home help (445), specialized care for Alzheimer patients (250), and caregivers of disabled (200 hours).
It is expected that about 120 people participate in this competition, divided into groups of fifteen per group.
In the months of September and October began training as a chef, waiter, hotel clerk, shop assistant and assistant home, while specialized care for Alzheimer patients and caregivers of disabled persons will begin in January and March .
These are elaborated on the premises of the Municipal Institute of Social Services in the building of the Miraculous.

- Cook: September 21 to June 8, 2010
- Waiter Restaurant - Bar: September 21 to June 8, 2010
- Hotel Rececepcionista: October 19 to April 22, 2010
- Dependent of Commerce: October 19 to January 29, 2010
- Waiter Area Food Consumption: 26 October to 19 January 2010
- Home Care Assistants: October 26 to April 26, 2010
- Alzheimer Care: January 11, 2010 to April 16, 2010
- Caregiver physical and mental disabilities: March 1 to May 18, 2010
