Tomorrow Thursday, October 29, will take place at the School of Police Security Cartagena Local Days of Environmental Protection, aimed at local police in the Region of Murcia, and taught by staff from the Directorate General of Planning, Evaluation and Control Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
The inauguration ceremony of the course will be in Cartagena Security Park, at 9.30 am, and assist the Director General of Environmental Quality, Francisco Espejo, accompanied by the Councillor for Public Safety of the City of Cartagena, Javier Herrero, and the Director General of Security, Carlos Nieto.
The objective of the training activity is to introduce effective security to the new Law on Protection of Environment of the region, contained in Law 4 / 2009, dated May 14 and municipal powers and other aspects related to the subject .
The class will be held in the Auditorium of the School of Public Safety, located in Security Park, with the following schedule:
- 8.00 hours to 9.00 hours: Signatures and delivery of documentation
- 9.00 hours to 9.30 pm: Presentation of the Conference
- 9.30 hours to 11.00 hours: Law 4 / 2009, Integrated Environmental Protection, conducted by Gil Manuel Quiles, faculty advisor of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water
- 11.00 hours to 11.30 hours: Coffee break
- 11.30 to 12.30 hours, local environmental Skills, taught by José Martínez Díaz de Revenga, Legal Advisor of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
- 12.30 to 13.30 hours: Environmental inspection, conducted by Luis Martínez-Mena García, Technical Head of the Directorate General of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control
- 13.30 to 16.30 hours: Leisure
- 16.30 to 17.30 hours: Noise Pollution, conducted by José Luis Gómez Linares, head of environmental monitoring of the City of Cartagena
- 17.30 to 18.30: waste management at the municipal level, given by José Antonio Rubio López, Head of Service of the Department of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control
- 18.30 to 19.00: Coffee break
- 19.00 to 20.00: Air pollution, conducted by Juan Carlos Casado Guijarro, Head of Section of the Directorate General of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control
- 20.00 to 20.30: Closing of the conference
