Military and academic experts will participate in the conference to be held from 3 to 10 November at the Military Historical Museum of Cartagena, located on the Plaza López Pinto s / n.
In the talks will address various aspects occurring in Africa in relation to military policy is carried out from Spain and Europe, such as the terrorimo in the north of the continent's strategic landscape-Saharan Africa and the intervention of Spain, threat of piracy, as well as the humanitarian crisis and genocide in the Great Lakes and the international geopolitical landscape in Africa.

Classroom Commander Villamartín Cartagena was founded in 1997 with the aim of promoting the culture of defense and military history.
