The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, and the mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz, Domingo Aranda, today signed an agreement at the Palace Hall to assist in the mutual promotion in 2010 during the celebration of the Jubilee Year for the second time in the northwestern city of Murcia.
The purpose of this agreement is to exploit the arrival of thousands of pilgrims to Caravaca to celebrate the Holy Year and let them know the city of Cartagena, while tourists coming to our port caravaqueña know of the celebration, said Pilar Barreiro .
