Under the banner of KULTUPAL, La Palma is hosting a series of cultural activities take place in the autumn season, organized by the Asociación de Vecinos de La Palma, and with the assistance of the City of Cartagena and the CAM.

From October 23 to November 22, all activities take place at the Civic Center council, where people enjoy music, dance and theater for all ages.
