Workers of the Municipal Institute of Coastal and Coastal Authority continue the work of cleaning the beaches of Mar Menor to continue to come from the floods tows.
Municipal technicians estimate that special cleaning service could be extended over a month because in the sea still remain vast quantities of waste and storm surges expected to return to the coast in the coming weeks.
Cleaning the beaches of Los Urrutias and grandchildren still done with heavy machinery because of the quantity, where the sea keeps bringing the edge rods, garden hose and all kinds of items carried by the Rambla de El Albujón.
In this area concentrate their work two blades and three trucks, working on cleaning the beach and in the wastes that remain at sea in the area closest to the sand.
The work done before the bridge has to be repeated now with the same intensity, especially in Los Urrutias, because the beach is back as before the cleansing, has said Gabriel Ruiz, director of the Instituto Municipal del Litoral.
In the rest of the beaches of maintaining the level of cleanliness, with targeted interventions of greater intensity based on the presence of residues.
