María del Carmen Navarro Ruiz, Cordoba, and Paul Manuel Moral Robles, Cartagena were the winners, respectively, of poetry contests and the poster for the twelfth week of the Gypsy Culture to be held from 13 to 16 October organized by the Municipal Institute of Social Services.
María del Carmen Navarro has won the poetry competition with a work entitled The Sueti, whose prize is worth 40 euros.
For his part, Paul Manuel Moral, was the winner of the poster, whose theme was the family forced.
The prize is worth 600 euros.
Poster contests and poetry of the Roma Cultural Week, have been made since the first edition of this celebration and consolidated cone demonstrates once again have received so many work in different areas of Spain.
The aim of these events is to spread the Roma culture and encourage social awareness of it.
The bases were published in June on the website of City Hall and the jury's last day was Sept. 15.
Entries will be exhibited between 14 and 16 October in the Military Historical Museum of Cartagena.
