With the theme, communities unite to combat climate change, that day will set up a booth at Laplaza John XXIII, from 11.00 am to 13.00 pm, where youth of the Voluntary Environmental Program and Biodiversity distributed free of charge , 1500 Aleppo pine seedlings, pine, palm, carob, strawberry and Kermes oak, all from the Forest Nurseries of the Autonomous Community.
Each plant will be accompanied by a manual for proper planting in place that everyone wants.
We intend to promote civic participation around improving the environment, raising awareness about their use and conservation and thus to all combat climate change, said Councilman Sustainable Development, Isaiah Camarzana at the launch of the campaign, which has been accompanied by Councillor for Youth and Employment, Ruth Collado, which highlighted the work of volunteers, which have increased by 200 people last year.
